Meet our senior consultant

Vershion F. Lee is an arts administration and operations professional with experience spanning dance education, production management, and organizational leadership. She currently serves as Stage and House Manager for Spelman College's Department of Dance Performance & Choreography and Office & Stage Manager for Eagles Landing Dance Center. Her previous roles include Site Administrator for the Debbie Allen Dance Academy Atlanta Summer Intensive, high school dance educator for 7 years & Department Chair, Atlanta Ballet community outreach instructor for 10 years, and Assistant Instructor at Indiana University while earning her M.S. in Kinesiology. Vershion also serves on the Board of Directors for the Dance Educators of Georgia Society (DEGAS) a NDEO Georgia Affiliate and is the founder of Choreo U. Her work is rooted in operational excellence, creating high-quality dance experiences, fostering community, and building connections through the arts.
